Bij het eerste opstarten of na een reset staan er al met al maar liefst 53 applicaties in het hoofdmenu, waarvan er meer dan twintig domweg crapware zijn. Ze nemen kostbare ruimte in, zijn niet zomaar verwijderbaar en voegen in veel gevallen niets toe.

Sinds gisteren kun je op Google+ ook spelletjes spelen. Google gaat daar geld mee verdienen door een deel van de omzet op “in-game purchases” op de eisen, ze vragen daar 5% voor.

Origineel geïntroduceerd door John Gruber: Markdown is een manier om je teksten “leesbaar” op te maken voor publicatie op het web.
Ik gebruik het onder andere voor het schrijven van teksten voor mijn weblog over “Duursport en technologie” en hier op Tumblr, waar het standaard al ingebouwd zit.
